Church Guardians are those who are leading churches where the DNA of the Order is expressed and modelled; the churches themselves are not part of the Order as only individuals may become members, but the churches have taken on the values and principles of TOM.

Keld Dahlman – Aarhus Valgmenighed, Aarhus, Denmark

KeldKeld is the senior pastor of Aarhus Valgmenighed in Aarhus, Denmark. He is married to Sara, and a father of four wonderful kids. His deepest passion is for a missional church and specifically enjoys raising up missional leaders.

Paul Maconochie – St Thomas’ Church Philadelphia and The King’s Centre, Sheffield, UK

Paul MacPaul Maconochie is the senior leader of St Thomas’ Church Philadelphia, Sheffield, made up of Anglican, Baptist and Free Church members with a regular attendance of about 1200, a large proportion of whom are under 30.  Paul is married to Elly and has two daughters, Grace and Hannah.  In his spare time he enjoys movies, reading and music as well as the occasional walk in the Peak District.

Ian Weaver – St Matthew’s Church, Geelong, Australia

Ian WeaverIan is currently Vicar of St Matthew's Anglican Church, East Geelong, Australia and is leading them through transition from being ‘attractional’ church to ‘missional’ church. Previously Ian worked in various ministry contexts around Melbourne and also developed a church plant in Rushden, Northamptonshire, UK.

His passion is growing evangelising communities which introduce people to Jesus.

Mick Woodhead – St Thomas’ Church Crookes, Sheffield, UK

MickMick is Team Leader at Crookes and his primary role is to build up and encourage the Church to seek first the Kingdom of God, and then to share that better life that Jesus gives with others. Mick loves cricket, Italian food and movies. Mick is married to Tricia and they have three grown-up children.

He loves Australia, sport, people and especially his wife, Cheryl and girls Elle, Georgia and Clare.
