Introduction
Leadership within the Order is structured through the Senior Guardian, Network and Church Guardians, and accountability to the wider church is maintained through Visitors to the Order. We believe that in this way we can avoid cumbersome hierarchical structures which hinder the dynamic apostolic move of the Kingdom, whilst maintaining a transparency of leadership throughout the Order and to those from whom we derive our spiritual heritage.
